I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you forgot your password, you may reset by going to the Reset Password screen and entering the email address you used when you created your Fontself account.

We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Simply open the email, click on the URL included in the email and we’ll direct you to a screen where you’ll be asked to set a new password.

This reset password screen is also accessible from the login area. You may reach it by clicking on the “Sign in” link in the top navigation in the site.

I cannot remember neither my username nor my email. What can I do?

If you forgot your username and your email, please get in touch with our Support team. They will respond and ask you for additional information (Full Name, plus date of birth) and help your retrieve your account information.

Your email and username are two unique ways Fontself uses to identify you, so it’s always best if you can always remember at least remember one of them. Try going back to the email account(s) you use most often and search from a confirmation email from ‘Fontself.’

How do I change my password?

Then, enter your or email address, and you will receive a confirmation email containing a link. Click on this link and you will access your account informations. Finally, click on "change my password" in the "Security Settings" section and modify your current password.

What information do you store about me?

Fontself stores the information you provide when you create you account: username, email, password, date of birth and marketing preferences (i.e. how we can communicate with you).

There’s some additional optional information that we collect from you either during your first login, or whenever you update your account info: first and last name, country of residence, gender, and whether you’d like to be part of our beta program.

Fontself will never sell or share any of your personal information nor any of the content you generate by interacting with our tools and more advanced features of the site. How we store, treat and protect these different types of personal information (both personally identifiable and anyonymous info) is outlined in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

How can I edit my account information?

You can edit your account information by visiting the Account Information Edit page.

In the future, you can always access this information by doing the following:

  1. Sign in to the Fontself’s website
  2. Click on the My Account link in the top navigation of the site
  3. Click on the “Edit your account” link next to you account information.
  4. Edit your info and click on Update

How can I change my email?

At the moment it’s not possible for you to change the email linked to your Fontself account. Your email and your username both uniquely identify you as a user within our system. If you have lost access to the email you used (e.g. you closed the email account) to create your Fontself account, please contact our Support team for help.

We are working to automate this process in the near future.

Why do you ask for my date of birth?

We ask for your date of birth in order to determine if you are at least 13 years old – the minimum age required to open an account with Fontself. This information is stored in your private account profile for administrative purposes only. Fontself will never disclose it, share it, make it public nor use it to send you unsolicited emails (spam). I still have not received my Activation Email. What can I do?

If you have not received your activation email a few minutes after creating your Fontself account, please check the Spam folder.
It’s very likely that your mail client (specially if you are using an online email service, like Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, etc).

If the Account Activation has not been filtered into the Spam folder, please contact our Support team for help.

I cannot log in because my account is not active. How do I activate it?

When you create an account, we send you an Activation email with a special URL you must click on (or paste into your browser) in order to verify your email address and activate your account. You will find it in your Inbox by searching for an email from “Fontself” with the subject “Please Activate your Fontself account”. Don’t forget to check your Spam (or Junk) folder as well!


If you have not yet received the Activation email for any reason, or have deleted by mistake, don’t worry. Please get in touch with our Support team and they will be happy to help you.
